5. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services, even if advised of the possibility.
6. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep all sensitive project-related information confidential unless otherwise agreed in writing.
7. Termination
Either party may terminate a service engagement in line with terms stated in the contract. Dynotech may suspend access to services for misuse, non-payment, or legal violations.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Portugal and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Portugal.
